Mr. Hideki Hashimoto is a Senior Vice President and General Manager of Marketing and Sales Division of Toray Research Center, Inc. He studied X-ray diffraction at Nagoya University. He has worked for Synchrotron Radiation Research at National Institute of High Energy Physics for seven years. Main themes were XAFS and X-ray reflectivity. He has worked in Toray Research Center since 1993. He was engaged in dielectric film characterization for semiconductor. He was promoted as general manager of Morphological science laboratory at 2003. His specialty is semiconductor device characterization and X-ray optics.
