Se-Ho You received the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder, in 2005. Since then, he has been with Package Development Team, Semiconductor R&D Center, Samsung Electronics Corporation (SEC). He, principal engineer, is working on electrical characterization of various packages especially focusing on new platforms such as POP, S IP, 2. 5 D and servers. His work also covers package research with universities and SRC (Semiconductor Research Corporation).
