Fortinet’s Tony Giandomenico has over 20 years of comprehensive experience as an Executive, Manager, and Security Consultant & Researcher for companies within information security across all industries. Experience in security program and networking system development, including intrusion detection, firewall and security incident and event management technologies, incident response procedures, penetration testing, and technology integration. In his current position at Fortinet, Tony leads a team of security analysts and researchers responsible for rapid response to emerging threats and proactively discovering new threats in order to update customers both internal and external on the latest adversary tactics and techniques.

· Leads a team of security analysis and researchers responsible for rapid response to emerging threats and proactivity discovering new threats in an effort to update customers both internal and external on the latest adversary tactics and techniques.
· While living in Hawaii, strengthened the capabilities of local security and IT professionals by creating a security conference (ShakaCon; https://www.shakacon.org/) that attracts top international security professionals and researchers with the goal of educating the local security community on the latest security threats; also served annually as a mentor supporting Hawaii’s students competing in the Air Force Association’s CyberPatriot competition.
· Assisted in the build out of multiple security practices and MSSPs, in both private and public sectors, developing innovative security management products, building teams, processes, and propriety technology.
