Ms. Aubrey Rupinta is a consultant and attorney experienced in the public sector, legal, and commercial areas focused on cyber and technology policy analysis, cyberthreat intelligence analysis, and international cybersecurity defense and cybercrime issues. Ms. Rupinta currently supports U.S. Indo-Pacific Command’s Cyber Strategy, Plans, Policy, and Exercises Division (USINDOPACOM J65) as a Cyber Strategy and Policy expert for international engagements. In this role, she leads the implementation of a framework for assessing the cybersecurity maturity of INDOPACOM J65’s allies and partners. She provides cyber policy subject matter expertise for bilateral and multilateral cyber engagements between INDOPACOM J65 and partner organizations. Ms. Rupinta has supported multiple DoD clients, analyzing cyberthreats from various actors worldwide; providing recommendations on DoD command and control processes; producing comprehensive cyber policy analysis focused on the Middle East and Asia-Pacific regions; analyzing cyberthreats to critical infrastructure; and providing strategic communications and stakeholder outreach support. Prior to joining Booz Allen, Ms. Rupinta supported several international cyber law and policy efforts with the US Department of Justice, including the G8 High-Technology Crime Subgroup and the Organization of American States. Ms. Rupinta holds a Bachelor of Science in Technical and Scientific Communication from James Madison University and a Juris Doctorate from The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law. She is an Adjunct Professor in the Intelligence Studies program at Northern Arizona University, and a member of the American Bar Association and Women in International Security. She is a licensed attorney in the state of Maryland.
