Ms. Tracy Fu serves as a National Account Executive for the SANS Institute, helping global organizations build and execute strategic information security training plans, incorporating business and organizational drivers to achieve mission, safeguard assets, mitigate risk, retain employees and increase competitive advantage. Ms. Fu joined SANS Institute in 2009, managing the Quality Assurance Program and Customer Sales and Support Teams in Hawaii, Colorado, and Virginia. Ms. Fu was instrumental in ensuring exceptional, quality course and instructor development as well as continual improvement of customer service standards, policies, and procedures. The SANS Institute was established in 1989 as a cooperative research and education organization. Its programs now reach more than 165,000 security professionals around the world. A range of individuals from auditors and network administrators, to chief information security officers are sharing the lessons they learn and are jointly finding solutions to the challenges they face.
