Mrs. Albury is a highly-qualified STEM and Gifted educator at Horace O'Bryant. She possesses an extensive technology background and piloted the first 1:1 iPad - Paperless classroom in her school district. While providing Professional Development and facilitation Professional Learning Communities in the area of technology integration, she also serves on the MCSD Technology Committee and is the AVID Coordinator for HOB. Her accolades include, Inclusion Teacher of the Year, Chamber of Commerce Teacher of the Quarter, Teaching American History Scholar, MCSD Great Educational Moments Awards, Code.Org Certified Teacher, NEFEC Educational Leadership in the 21st Century and Aspiring Administrator and a FLDOE Project Optimize Graduate. She has served on the FLDOE 2017 Social Studies Textbook Review Committee and the 2018 Florida Teacher Certification Exam Committee. In addition, she is completing her Master's Degree in Curriculum, Instruction, and Technology at NSU. Mrs. Albury states, "Learning, Teaching, and Technology are my passions."
