Matthew Hopper is the DISA Voice Services Implementation and Engineering Branch Chief. DISA Voice Services includes Enterprise Voice over Internet Protocol (EVoIP) Enterprise Classified Voice over Internet Protocol (ECVoIP), Customer Interactive Center (CIC), and Enterprise Audio Conferencing (EAC). He is responsible for the on boarding of new customers and the implementation and engineering of new capabilities for the Voice Services Branch. Mr. Hopper and team ensure the mission partner is successfully integrated into the Voice Services portfolio and guarantee they have the voice service capabilities to perform their mission CONUS and OCONUS. Mr. Hopper has been with DISA almost 3 years and with the Department of Defense for almost 26 years.
