LaShonda Rahming has been a female technologist for 20 years representing some of the world’s largest brands. She started her career as a technologist implementing enterprise resource planning applications supporting a variety of human resources processes for both public and private sector organizations. She initially learned to code ABAP/4, a proprietary language used to support SAP applications back in 1998 and later decided to focus on process reengineering. LaShonda has worked with various product development teams to create solutions for customers and for SAP users across the globe. She has served a variety of positions and prior to joining the Comcast family of businesses she and she was a partner at a Dallas based consulting firm where she focused on developing a world class talent management practice. She is a speaker, a mother of 1, a wife of 19 years, and has spent the last 1 ½ years at Comcast as an Executive Director supporting Talent Acquisition infrastructure across the cable enterprise. Previous to coming to Comcast, LaShonda supported Talent Management Solutions for NBCUniversal. LaShonda is a best-selling author and has written 2 books. She has been featured in Inc. Magazine as an emerging leader, and has been featured as a guest on the Michael Gerber Show to discuss business and the impact to communities.
