"Steve Edwards Jr. has grown up around the grocery business under the guidance of his father, Steve Edwards, and late grandfather, Oral Edwards, who founded Edwards Food Giant in 1959. Steve attended the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, where he graduated with a degree in marketing and minors in communication and management. While he was hesitant to come straight back into the family business, he knew that he could help with navigating through the changing landscape of the grocery industry. Today, Steve is the Special Projects Manager at GES, Inc. in Arkansas, who operates the Edwards Food Giant and Edwards Cash Saver banners. Steve oversees the company's click-and-collect program (Edwards Curbside), customer loyalty program (Edwards Rewards), and just about anything else related to digital marketing."
