Since 2010, Jim has dedicated his practice to counseling clients in the development of new delivery models and alignment structures, including bundled payment, patient-centered medical homes, accountable care organizations (ACOs), and clinically integrated networks (CINs). Jim’s expertise also includes advising hospitals on evaluating and structuring mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, joint ventures, divestitures and member substitution arrangements. This work routinely includes advising hospitals on issues related to antitrust, corporate governance, fraud and abuse, and tax. Whether related to business strategy or complex legal issues, Jim’s experience and involvement provides him with a unique insight that has enabled him to serve as a trusted advisor to health care providers across the country.
