Tim Anderson is currently Director of Principal Engineering for Hussmann Corporation. He has over a decade of experience designing, developing, and testing refrigerated display cases operating with both synthetic and natural refrigerants. Tim currently is responsible for developing and commercializing new product platform designs and serving as a technical representative to end users of Hussmann-made equipment. Tim is a member of AHRI’s Commercial Refrigeration Engineering Committee, serving as the chair of the Standard 1200 Working Group. He is also a member of IEC SC61C Working Group 4, which is evaluating the charge limits for flammable refrigerants in IEC Standard 60335-2-89, the international safety standard for commercial refrigerators. Tim received a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from Nebraska Wesleyan University as well as Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis and an MBA from the Jack Welch Management Institute. He currently resides in St. Louis, MO with his wife, Krystle.
