Paula Laney a.k.a. “The Gas Chick” is the Director of Safety, Training, & Education for the OK LP Research, Marketing, & Safety Commission and owner of Laney Consulting, LLC. Paula grew up in her family’s retail propane business and has been involved in the propane industry for over 25 years. She has a heart for propane and loves the companies and employees she has the pleasure of partnering with. Paula has been designing/delivering safety and technical training to industry managers, employees, first responders and other stakeholders for the past 19 years. She actively serves on the Propane Education and Research Council’s (PERC) Safety and Technical Training Advisory Committee and recently rejoined NPGA’s CETP Certification Committee.
