Samuel is a paramedic/firefighter/lifeguard for the Town of Wrightsville Beach. He has been in public safety since 2000, working for multiple agencies in NC and VA. He received his iMPS from the Pennsylvania State University, Hershey School of Medicine, where he conducted extensive research in emerging technology in public safety and homeland security. He also obtained his MBA from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Kenan-Flagler Business School.
