"Jeff attended Indiana University at Bloomington where he obtained his Master of Science degree in Inorganic Chemistry and Southern Illinois University at Carbondale where he obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry. Jeff joined Stepan Company in March, 2015. He has over 30 years of coatings experience at various companies including Rust-Oleum, Benjamin Moore, Sherwin Williams, Ameron and BASF. He has expertise in formulating urethane, epoxy, polysiloxane, alkyd and water-based acrylic coatings for the general industrial & flooring markets. At Stepan, he is responsible for the formulation, application, testing and development of new polyester resins for the coatings market. He has helped to setup a new coatings applications laboratory at Stepan and served as a technical liaison to support the sales force for coatings customers. "
