Joshua Richmond serves as the Vice President – Investments for Physicians Realty Trust (NYSE: DOC). DOC is a self-managed healthcare real estate investment trust that acquires, owns and manages healthcare properties that are leased to physicians, hospitals and healthcare delivery systems throughout the United States. Located in the Denver office, Josh is responsible for the strategy, pursuit and execution of targeted acquisition opportunities and real estate partnerships. Prior to joining DOC, Josh worked at Welltower (NYSE:HCN). Josh holds a B.A. in International Politics from The University of the South - Sewanee.
