Mr. John Price is the Project Officer for the Army Enterprise Service Desk (AESD). The AESD provides Tier 0 and Tier 1 support to over 1.4 million users worldwide and provides support to Enterprise Applications such as Army Knowledge Online (AKO), Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Enterprise Email (DEE), Mobility and Enterprise Collaboration Services Worldwide (ECSW). The AESD provides support to these Enterprise Services worldwide. Mr. Price joins the PEO-EIS EC team from AESD Europe and Africa. He began his time there providing support as a First Line Support Analyst (FLSA) and later become the Incident Manager, directing Call Center operations for over 35K users on two continents. Later, Mr. Price became the Knowledge Manager creating the customer-facing AESD Portal. Then subsequently as the AESD- Europe and Africa Business Relationship Manager supporting two Combatant Commands (COCOMS) within the European Theater.
