Larry Berardinis

ASM International


Larry Berardinis provides project management and business support for ASM International’s Computational Materials Data Network, focusing on database development projects related to the U.S. Materials Genome Initiative (MGI) and Integrated Computational Materials Engineering (ICME). He also creates content for the CMD Network website (www.cmdnetwork.org), the CMDN Update newsletter, and various marketing and outreach projects. Prior to joining the CMD Network at ASM International, Larry was Editorial and Business Development Director for Penton Media’s Design Engineering Group, and before that, he was a Member Technical Staff at Cincinnati Electronics Corp. (L-3 Communications), where he conducted research on semiconductor materials and optical sensors. Larry is a graduate of Cleveland State University with a B.S.E.E and a Physics Minor, and the University of Cincinnati with a M.S. in Solid-State Microelectronics. He is also a member of Eta Kappa Nu.
