Courtney's primary focus is the Certified Employee Training Program (CETP) and CETP E-Learning. She serves as the project leader for multiple work force training projects comprised of industry volunteers, subject matter experts, and cross-functional team members. Courtney manages the CETP materials from development, to legal review, to production, including review of content pre-production. In addition, she manages the review process of additional PERC training materials, e.g. Fire Safety Analysis, Operations & Maintenance Manual, etc.
