Aaron is the Practice Area Lead for Strategy & Operations in Slalom’s Denver office. His focus is on enterprise and functional strategy, new venture creations, functional and process improvement and aligning people, processes and systems in order to improve business performance. Aaron has more than 18 years of management, strategy and operations experience across the globe in high‑risk industries, with a focus in upstream and midstream oil & gas. Prior to working in the private sector, Aaron spent five years at the European Space Agency in Germany where he was Director of Mission Operations for Europe's first long-duration mission to the International Space Station. Prior to that he certified as a Mission Specialist in NASA’s Mission Operations Directorate in Houston. Aaron holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from the University of Texas’ McCombs School of Business.
