Bruce Hammett is an electrical engineer who, since 1982, has been a key industry supplier of Balance of Plant (BOP) and turbine components for new construction and O&M, forming WECS Electric Supply INC. in 1989, Bruce has provided expertise in Wind Farm construction and O&M practices and materials for MV cable and connectors as well as substation, and transmission materials. His company Wind Energy Commercial Solar, WECS O&M division also LV provides control-power engineering for leading manufacturers of OEM components for the turbines and solar installations. Bruce maintains inventory facilities in Palm Springs CA and Sweetwater TX, and services the industry throughout North America with additional sales offices in Kansas City KS, Oklahoma City OK, Abilene TX and Des Moines IA. WECS Electric inventories electrical, mechanical and hydraulic components and systems. WECS has developed key manufacturer relationships in all three categories.
