Tim Carrier is an experienced theme park leader with over twenty-four years of experience in the operation of theme parks in Orlando. Since 2012, Tim has been in the role of Corporate Manager of Information Technology at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment and is responsible for the management of a large portfolio of software applications and equipment used by members of the Operations Division at 12 parks, Customer Call Center and Corporate offices. He leads a team of technical experts that are responsible for the SDLC including enhancements, upgrades, patches, hardware refreshes, and technical support for the Operations Division (Guest Arrivals/Ticketing, Attraction Operations, Park Security, Safety, Risk Management, Environmental Services). His team also manages the technical support of the guest facing mobile applications available for free download in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Tim has a MBA from Keller Graduate School and a B.S. in Engineering Technology from UCF. Tim is from Orlando, Florida, he and his wife Kelly are proud of their son Noah who is studying computer applications and graphic design in South Lake High School in Clermont, Florida. Tim has served on the Board of Directors and as Treasurer and Chair of the Finance Committee of the Florida Attractions Association. He is currently serving on the General Board of Directors of Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Central Florida.
