Andrea has over 13 years experience in the homecare and hospice industry. She has held the position of Vice-President of Finance & CFO for Ross Health Care and LifeSpring Home Care and Hospice with locations in Oklahoma and Texas. She also has served as Vice President of Operations for Elara Caring in the Oklahoma market. Andrea earned her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Central Oklahoma. She is a CPA and worked in public accounting as a consultant and auditor prior to joining the homecare industry. She serves on the HHFMA Advisory Board and has extensive experience leading change which optimizes clinical and financial operations and outcomes.
