Meghan Schultz leads Invenergy’s structured finance team and is responsible for originating and structuring corporate and project financings across utility scale wind, solar, and natural gas projects in the US and abroad. This team also works closely with the Business Development and Sales & Marketing teams to analyze project economics during project conceptualization and also executes all new project debt and equity financing transactions. Schultz has overseen the execution of more than $10 billion in private equity investments, power plant acquisitions and sales, and project debt and tax equity financing. She is a founding member and chair of the Invenergy Women’s Network. She has held positions of increasing responsibility within the finance organization at Invenergy. Prior to joining Invenergy in 2008, Schultz was a Vice President at Bank of America and at ABN AMRO. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Masters of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management.
