Greg has more than 23 years of executive-level and administrative experience to include being a best-selling author, regional emergency management medical coordinator, and deployments to Afghanistan as a mentor to the Afghan National Army on health system development. As CEO, his responsibilities encompass over 110 personnel, five business entities, 13 departments, more than 15 million dollars in annual revenue, three facilities encompassing over 50,000 square feet, a specialty care clinic, and an ambulatory surgery center with three class C operating rooms and four class A rooms. Exceptional staff morale is consistently validated by a turnover rate under 2% and active participation in organizational events. In addition, communication, collaboration, innovation, change management, and adaptability have become the foundation of his leadership style. Prior to the CEO position, an extremely successful COO position was completed at the US Air Force Academy hospital that included retirement as a Lieutenant Colonel in the US Air Force Medical Service Corps after 21 years on active duty. Overall, his expertise has been proven across all aspects of multi-disciplinary healthcare operations with a leadership philosophy based on integrity, service, and excellence and a focus on taking care of people and accomplishing the mission.
