JC is the Co-Founder & COO of Forager Project, an organic juice and nutmilk company based in California. Forager's core philosophy is to Think Before You Drink or eat. Its goal is to teach, encourage, engage and strengthen its customers’ relationship with and understanding of their food. This philosophy drives its business focus which is to provide healthy, organic, minimally processed foods that are transparent, affordable and convenient. Prior to Forager, JC was an Associate at First Beverage Group in Los Angeles and an Analyst at Wasserstein & Co. in New York. He received his B.A. in Economics from Trinity College. When he's not thinking about juice, JC likes to play sports and go cycling in places that have poor cell reception.
