Michael Santos has been with Jabil's technology development group for over 7 years. His works involves development of new technologies with development focuses on SMT / flip chip assembly processes. Michael has been developing processes with Cal Poly for one of the NextFlex Initiatives on ultrathin die handling and assembly on flexible substrates.
