David L. Dutton serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Silvaco and is also a member of the company’s Board of Directors. From 2001 to 2013, Dutton served as President, CEO, and board director member of the public company Mattson Technology, a semiconductor company. From 1994 to 2001, Dutton served in executive positions at Mattson. Prior to joining Mattson, Dutton held management, engineering, and product positions at Silicon Valley technology companies, including Intel and Maxim Integrated Products.He also serves as an advisory board director of solar company Sunpreme and LED manufacturer Glo.
