Ms. Davis currently leads the efforts that forecasts the receipts for all USCIS form-types and other workloads, which provides the basis of all operational and financial planning for the agency. She also leads the development of all USCIS Staffing Allocation Models which provides staffing recommendations to senior leadership in an effort to align resources. Ms. Davis has served in several capacities within USCIS as Acting Deputy Center Director of the Asylum Vetting Center, Chief of Staff of the Office of the Chief Financial Officer and as Chief of the Revenue and Cost Analysis Branch. Ms. Davis led the development, coordination, and analytical reviews of USCIS user fees. Ms. Davis has an MBA in Finance from the Kogod School of Business and an M.A. in International Affairs from the School of International Service at American University. Ms. Davis also has a B.A. in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania.
