Mr. Willis served as a Marine for over twenty years. In the commercial sector he provided financial, IT consulting, and Enterprise Resource Planning services to clients from one-person startups to the Fortune 500. As a defense contractor he developed and fielded tank training systems, and a brigade-level collective training system. He returned to the Marine Corps as a civilian in 2004, serving in operations, technical support, and engineering roles. He mentors actively, developing leaders for the future.
