Mr. Clevenger is currently serving as the Senior Principal Engineer, Cyber, Marine Corps Tactical System Support Activity (MCTSSA) where he is responsible for aiding in establishing Cyber Developmental Test capabilities to increase the MAGTF’s lethality and resilience in an adversarial cyber environment. Mr. Clevenger has served in this position since August, 2017. Mr. Clevenger previously served as the Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC), Deputy Commander (DC), Systems Engineering, Interoperability, Architectures and Technologies (SIAT), Director of Systems Security Engineering and Service Certifying Authority where he directed and oversaw the cyber security certification and engineering process for an IT portfolio of $3.2b spanning 325 Information Technology and National Security Systems. Prior to serving as the Director of Systems Security Engineering, Mr. Clevenger served as the Senior Information System Security Manager (ISSM) for PEO-LS in direct support of the Common Aviation Command and Control System (CAC2S) development program. Prior to joining Federal Service, Mr. Clevenger served as a Program manager for RNB Technologies from 2007-2009. Mr. Clevenger is a former United States Marine who served in Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. Mr. Clevenger is a graduate of Bellevue University holding a Master of Science degree in Management Information Systems along with a Bachelor’s of Science in Management Information System with a concentration in IT/Network security management. Mr. Clevenger holds the following certifications, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CNSS-4012-16.
