Rodney Garringer currently serves as the Naval Facilities Engineering Command Southwest Employee-Driven Culture of Safety Program Manager. He began as an apprentice welder on nuclear submarines and transitioned to the OSH world in 2009. His entire focus is on capturing the hearts and minds of workers to develop a thriving safety culture.
