As of June 1, 2019 I am the Corporate EHS Manager for Armstrong Flooring located in Lancaster, PA I’m originally from west Michigan where I spent Eleven years as EHS Manager for Benteler Automotive. I then moved on to office furniture manufacturing for five years with Knoll, Inc. as the EHS Manager. I also spent eleven years as the EHS Manager with the Kellogg Company. My twenty nine years of EHS experience has provided me the opportunity to lead safety in many different types of manufacturing environments. I am a certified lead auditor for ISO-14000, I’m a firm believer when it comes to safety you must set expectations related to safety and behaviors, provide the necessary tools, training, coaching and then hold individuals accountable. I’m a change agent who enjoys the challenge of improving facilities safety performance by truly understanding the culture, creating relationships, empowering, coaching and leading safety programs as a team.
