John Foley is currently Director of Ball Bonder Product Development at Kulicke and Soffa Industries. John joined the company in 1998 and has experience in Process and Systems Engineering and held roles in Project Management. John holds BS and MS degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University and is currently pursuing his MBA.
