Lance Bradford
Strategy Director - Safety and Loss Prevention

Lance Bradford leads strategy development of USAA's safety and loss prevention programs. In this role, Lance coordinates across lines of business to deliver solutions that help USAA members to be safer on the road and in their homes. Lance's background includes product management, marketing, and finance. Prior to joining USAA in 2010, he worked at Electronic Data Systems (EDS), Rackspace Hosting, and Kinetic Concepts (KCI). Lance was born and raised in McAllen, Texas, and graduated from BYU in 1996 with a degree in Accounting. He is married to Robbi O'Brien Bradford (Driggs, Idaho), and they have seven children.
