Nate has been a journeyman lineman with SDG&E since 2006. In 2011, he was elected to the Executive Board of IBEW Local 465 and in 2016 was elected Business Manager. As co-leader of the Safety Culture Guidance Team, Nate has seen firsthand how journeymen linemen recognize and expand their influence with regards to making the trade safe and influencing their peers to be safety leaders.
