Ms. Sulman is a PhD candidate studying behavioral health policy at the Heller School at Brandeis University, where she is a National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism pre-doctoral trainee. Prior to entering the Heller School, she was a program manager for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Group Insurance Commission, managing benefits design, utilization, and analysis. She also has four years of clinical social work experience in medical settings. Ms. Sulman received an MA from the Heller School; and MPH from the Boston University School of Public Health; an MSW in Clinical Social Work and a certificate in Behavioral Medicine from the Boston University School of Social Work; and an AB from Harvard University. She is a past recipient of the Harvard Kennedy School Rappaport Institute Public Policy Fellowship and the Boston University School of Social Work Carl D’Ettore Memorial Award. Ms. Sulman teaches policy courses at the Boston University School of Social Work and the Boston College School of Social Work.
