Palmer Hickman is the Director of Safety and Code Training and Curriculum Development for the IBEW-NECA Electrical Training ALLIANCE. The Electrical Training ALLIANCE is the training arm of NECA and the IBEW. He represents the electrical industry on the National Electrical Code (NEC), NFPA 70E, NFPA 70B and NFPA 70. He is a member IBEW, IAEI, NFPA, IEEE, NETA, and the UL Electrical Council.
