Dr. Lane is currently a Visiting Research Scholar at Brandeis University, Heller School, Institute for Behavioral Health, and an independent consultant on areas of behavioral health and population health. She is a proven, creative leader experienced in developing an organization’s strategic vision, translating vision into strategy and successful operations, building strong teams, and producing profitable results. She has exceptional experience in bringing together multiple stakeholders to develop enthusiasm and consensus for new approaches, and applied these skills as she designed and led a project on opioids in the workforce, including producing issue brief and public forum for Massachusetts Health Policy Forum. Dr. Lane received her PhD and MS in Clinical Psychology from Rutgers University and her BA from Macalester College, and is active in several professional organizations.
