During his 30 year career at ExxonMobil, William Garnes has worked in a variety of roles, including leading small and large workgroups and global project teams. He is currently a Product Owner for Personnel Safety and Process Safety & Reliability products, and responsible for tactical approach as well as strategic roadmap for several applications and tools. Material from this presentation comes from an earlier project during which Will was responsible for developing the safety program at a new company facility located in a highly Risk Tolerant part of the world. Will is an ASSE member, holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer, and a MSEE from Caltech.
