Samantha instantly fell in love with the theme park industry nine years ago when she accepted a summer job as an Attractions Attendant at Universal Orlando. That summer job kick started Samantha’s career where she has gained leadership experience in Attraction Operations and Park Services (custodial). You can now find Samantha learning Mandarin as she prepares to relocate to China for the opening of Universal Beijing Resort as a Senior Manager for Resort Operations. In addition to her theme park experience with Universal, Samantha is actively involved with IAAPA and previously spent six years working with IAAPA’s Show Ambassador Program. She currently holds a Master of Arts in Management and Leadership from Webster University and a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from University of Central Florida.
