My current responsibilities are to maximize revenues and Guest experiences at out FEC locations, both company owned and operated as well as our Revenue share locations throughout Canada and the USA. Main focus is to develop programs for FEC accounts; including promotions, training, account management, customer development, new opening support and analysis. Joined P1AG in 1997 in Guest services at Canada’s largest FEC (Playdium) at the time. Became part of the Route Operations team at Head Office shortly thereafter working on theatre coin operated accounts. Moved into managing of the P1AG Merchandising department for a couple of years and transitioned to development and managing of the P1AG FEC department thereafter.
