Gary Smith is the founder and President of Brandywine Communications (Tustin CA) , a leading supplier of precise time and frequency products. Mr. Smith has worked in the GPS timing industry since the earliest days of the GPS system in the 1980’s. Mr. Smith holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Cape Town, South Africa.
