T.C. Hairston




T.C is currently the fire chief and the deputy director of emergency management for the City of Petersburg (VA) with 35 years in the fire service. He attended Virginia State University and the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia. T.C is a state certified Fire Instructor 4 and Officer 3; and serves as an adjunct instructor for the Virginia department of emergency management, Virginia department of fire programs, the national fire academy and the emergency management institute. T.C is the chief executive officer of the Hairston Group and a managing partner of Pinnacle Emergency Management Training and Consulting Corporation.
