Dr. Joseph Logar is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with 10+ years of experience in a number of patient populations. A recognized specialist in the treatment of spine-related pain and disorders, Joe is the developer of a first responder wellness program adopted by multiple agencies throughout Northern Virginia and Maryland. Joe has been the National Manager of the NRA Adaptive Shooting Program since 2015.
