Kelvin Marcus received his M.S. in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University in 2008 where he focused on Distributed Computing. He currently holds a research scientist position at the U.S. Army Research Laboratory (ARL) in Adelphi, MD where he has been involved in network science research and emulated network experimentation testbed design.
