Craig E. Green is CTO of Carbice Nanotechnologies Inc, developing nanomaterials solutions that produce substantial value in electronic device markets. He received his B.S. degree from Cornell University in 2002 and his Ph.D from Georgia Tech in 2012, both in mechanical engineering. His background is in the thermal and fluid sciences, including his Ph.D. research, which focused on the thermal management of electronics. Before pursuing his graduate studies he worked in the nuclear power industry with Exelon Corporation. Craig has authored or co-authored numerous archival papers in major technical journals and refereed conference proceedings, as well as two issued patents and several pending patents. Craig has received several academic and professional awards, including an Outstanding Paper award at the semiannual ITHERM conference and most recently the “Most Inspirational Presentation” award at the 2016 BITS symposium- the leading conference for semiconductor burn in and test.
