Mr. Richard Greel is the Senior Systems Engineer for SATCOM systems within the office of the Chief Engineer, Program Executive Office, Command Control and Communications - Tactical (C3T), supporting both current and future MILSATCOM programs within the Army. From 2009 through 2015, Mr Greel served as Chief Engineer for Project Manager, Warfighter Information Network - Tactical (WIN-T), which manages the Army's wideband and protected terminal programs. From 2004 to 2009, Mr Greel served in variety of engineering positions within the Army's tactical networking programs specializing in transmission and networking systems, most notably designing the prototype systems for what would later become the multi-billion dollar WIN-T Increment 1 program. A former Army Signal Officer, Mr Greel entered government service in 1995 as a research engineer for the Space and Terrestrial Communications Directorate of the Communications-Electronics Research, Development and Engineering Center. Mr Greel has a MS and BS in Electrical Engineering from Fairleigh Dickenson University and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
