Dr. Jan Rothe has been a Senior Member of Staff and Manager at GLOBALFOUNDRIES since 2008 covering many areas from equipment effectiveness programs to master data management solutions. He currently oversees the Factory Solutions Group within the Manufacturing Technology organization, which is responsible for developing and managing corporate automation, integration and factory system solutions. Jan Rothe holds a PhD in computer science from the University of Technology in Dresden, Germany and a Master’s degree in Computational Logic from the same college. He has been an active member of the SEMI standards community for over 10 years.
