David Jakubek

David Jakubek is currently at Strategic Engineering Solutions. Previously , he served on the Office of the Secretary of Defense staff as Executive Director of the Defense Science Board (2014-2015), initiated research programs in the areas of data analytics, communications and networking, and command and control (C2) and was the US National Representative to the Command, Control, Communication and Information (C3I) Group of The Technical Cooperation Program (TTCP) (2003-2008). As a US Naval Officer, David Jakubek managed research projects at the Office of Naval Research (1998-2003) and served on submarines and qualified as a Naval Nuclear Engineer.
