Dr. Mariann Hauge received her M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 1994 and her Ph.D. from the Department of Informatics, University of Oslo in 2007. She currently holds a principal research scientist position at the Norwegian Defence Research Establishment (FFI). Her current research interest includes point-to-point and group communication protocols as well as resource management and quality of service in heterogeneous mobile wireless ad hoc networks. Other research interests includes cross layer techniques to support resource-adaptive dissemination of information.
